Hurry to secure a Reception place!
Applications for Reception Places will close on 15 January 2019.
Formerly University Church Free School, we are now managed by North West Academies Trust (NWAT), which is one of the country’s top performing trusts.
Since the change over, which took place at the start of December, we already have a programme of improvements in place. These will be led by the team behind Cheshire’s most over-subscribed primary school, and are specifically designed to help children achieve their full potential through fun and engaging learning.
We take children out of the classroom as much as possible to give them the opportunity to learn new skills and discover the world around them. Our track record at proves that this approach brings very high levels of attainment and – most importantly – happy, nurtured and confident children.
If you are interested in joining us, please take some time to a look around our website to find out more about the wonderful opportunities available to our children each and every day. We work extremely hard to ensure our curriculum excites imaginations and opens children’s eyes to a whole world of possibility.
We know a website can only tell you so much, which is why we would also encourage you to visit our school to talk to staff and pupils.
Details about our Open Days will be advertised on the homepage soon.
You can also contact the school to register your interest by using the link below.
Parents wishing to start school in Reception should refer to the starting school booklet issued by Cheshire West and Chester Council or visit the Councils website via the link below. Please also take time to read our Admissions Policy.
In year Admissions
Parents who wish to move their child during the school year, should contact the school in the first instance and the process of application will be explained to them. The school is responsible for all applications and any subsequent appeals for places. Admission is then determined using our over-subscription criteria, contained within our admission policy, and adheres to the DfE published schools appeals code.
